What is the return policy?
After the item arrives you have a 14 days window to return it. All returns must be in it's original package and will be inspected after they arrive. For refunds after the items are inspected and ensure they are 100% on it's original quality meaning no scratches or dent and no missing items a full refund will be issued otherwise a repair will be charged to your account.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. Custom made products and items on sale they are non-returnable and non- refundable.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. All orders at Dimitrios Creations are "Made to Order" and production time varies based on holidays and season. Process time for each item ranges from 7-10 business days, sometimes on holidays 12 days and ship next day air. You will be notified when your order is in production and shipped.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured in New York City. We ensure that all products meet the highest quality standards. We manufacture in house, and we use local suppliers.
How much does shipping cost?
2nd day shipping is free within US and you have the option to update you shipping to next day with an additional cost
