That’s why I offer a lifetime warranty for manufacturing defects. If something ever goes wrong because of how it was made, I’ll take care of it. No bots. No forms. Just real talk — and real solutions.
What I Cover
- Crafting flaws, like loose settings or soldering issues
- Manufacturing defects in gold, diamonds, or custom settings
- Structural issues caused during production, not daily wear
- Applies to all jewelry handmade by me at Dimitrios Creations
What I Can’t Cover
- Damage from daily wear — bumps, bangs, or being too bold
- Lost or stolen jewelry (wish I could help, but I’m not Batman)
- Repairs done by outside jewelers or third-party modifications
- Stretched chains or snapped clasps from accidental yanks
